Abstract:
This container steel sheet is provided with: a steel sheet; a Ni-plated layer which is disposed on at least one side of the steel sheet, and which is deposited in an amount of 0.3-3 g/m2 per side in terms of metal Ni amount; and a chromate film or a Zr film that is disposed over the Ni-plated layer, wherein the Ni-plated layer includes ZnO particles in an amount of 0.1-20 mass% per side in terms of metal Zn amount.
