Abstract:

From a first upstream electron beam-irradiating device (21) and a first downstream electron beam-irradiating device (22) that are set with a specified spacing on the upstream side and downstream side of a container conveyance path (L3), electron beams are irradiated on roughly the same surface (F) to be sterilized on the outer surfaces of containers (B). The sterilization controller performs control so that the total electron beam output irradiated from the upstream electron beam-irradiating device (21) and the downstream electron beam-irradiating device (22) is able to sterilize the surfaces (F) of the containers (B) that are being sterilized.
