Abstract:
The invention relates to containers with bactericidal, bacteriostatical and antifungal characteristics and to a process for obtaining these containers by rotational molding, using thermoplastic materials which comprise titanium dioxide and silver chloride in their composition. The containers carried out according to the invention , are intended for storing and sterilizing water and other fluids, in the conditions in which there is necessary to inhibit the microflora (bacteria, see weeds, mooshrooms and others), thereby preventing the biological and organoleptical modifications of the content for long time. The containers shall not be used for storing fluids in natural fermentation (wine, pickles and others) due to that inhibition.
