Abstract:
This content display control device (10) is provided with: a storage unit (12) which stores a rule definition, which includes a restriction formula and an arbitration policy which defines basic arbitration in the case of assigning content to an area or zone; an arbitration unit (13) which, when an output request is received from an application, performs content arbitration so as to satisfy rule-based arbitration in accordance with the rule definition; and an output control unit (14) which controls output of the content assigned to the area or zone by the arbitration unit performing content arbitration. The arbitration unit determines the output order of content and uses said determination results to perform content arbitration so as to satisfy the rule-based arbitration.
