Abstract:
A content pre-fetch device for pre-fetching content to be displayed on a website, comprising: an acquiring unit (12) for acquiring type information concerning the type of the content pre-fetch device; an identifying unit (13) for identifying, from among one or a plurality of links included in a website, a link satisfying a predetermined condition corresponding to the type; a pre-fetch unit (14) for executing pre-fetch for acquiring content corresponding to the identified link in advance; and a generating unit (18) for generating, on the basis of a user operation on the website, display information for displaying the pre-fetched content on the website. This makes it possible to increase the speed with which content desired by the user is displayed on the website.
