The present invention relates to a continuous biogas slurry selective electrodialysis method, apparatus and system, the method comprising the following steps: 1) pretreating biogas slurry, removing suspended particulate matter and a colloid from the biogas slurry to obtain raw water, then introducing the raw water into a selective electrodialysis system for operation, and circulating the raw water in a selective electrodialysis apparatus for a period of time; and when the conductivity thereof is less than 0.5 mS/cm, completing treatment of breeding wastewater and discharging the breeding wastewater, so as to obtain a monovalent ion enrichment liquid, a divalent anion enrichment liquid, a divalent cation enrichment liquid, and desalinated water the conductivity of which is ≤0.5 mS/cm, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of which is ≤20 mg/L and the total phosphorus concentration of which is ≤5 mg/L. In comparison with conventional biological methods, said method has the advantages of having low operation costs, stable treatment effects, fast treatment speed, not being easily affected by seasonal temperature changes, having a small occupied area and being free of secondary pollution, and nutrients in the biogas slurry may be concentrated, achieving resource recycling.
