Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous crushing device capable of controlling the size of crushed Miscanthus sinensis, more specifically, comprising: a trailer-shaped main main body provided with a connection part which connects to a towing vehicle, a power connection part which connects to a power take-off (PTO) in the towing vehicle, and transport wheels; a hydraulic drive portion connected to a hydraulic device in the towing vehicle and rotatably provided on one side of the upper surface of the main body; a tub which is formed in a cylindrical shape having an inlet at the top and is installed on the upper surface of the main body, and which rotates while connected to the hydraulic drive portion; a crushing cutter, which is provided inside a cutter installation space portion that is perpendicularly formed with respect to the ground, under a penetrated part provided on the bottom surface on the inside of the tub, and which is installed perpendicularly on the ground from inside the cutter installation space portion, for cutting Miscanthus sinensis introduced into the tub by rotating by means of rotational force delivered from the power connection part; a crushed product discharge standby portion, which communicates with the lower portion of the cutter installation space portion and is formed so as to protrude outward from the main body, so that a crushed product which has been crushed by the rotation of the crushing cutter is dropped into the lower portion of the cutter installation space portion and then discharged to the outside of the main body by means of the rotational force of the crushing cutter; a filter net on which a plurality of discharge holes are formed so that only fine particles of the crushed product that has been crushed by the crushing cutter are discharged onto the crushed product discharge standby portion, wherein the filter net is installed between the cutter installation space portion and the crushed product standby portion; and a discharge port, which is connected to a separate dust collection device and is penetratingly formed on one side of the lower end of the crushed product discharge standby portion, so that the crushed product is forcibly discharged to the outside.
