Abstract:
A continuous crushing and scattering apparatus before soil block remediation, comprising: a scattering box (20), a scattering mechanism mounted inside the scattering box, a feeding mechanism provided on one end of the scattering box, and a collecting box (7) mounted at the bottom of the scattering box. The scattering mechanism consists of an end sealing ring (15), connecting rods (16), locating rings (17), and crushing and cleaning rods (18); the feeding mechanism is mounted on one end of the scattering box and consists of a fixing rod (22), inner guide ribs (23), a feeding roller (24), a feeding hopper (25), a fixing disc (26), and a guide slope (27). Balls (21) are mounted between the feeding roller and the scattering mechanism, so that a friction force therebetween is converted into a rolling friction force, which facilitates smooth rotation of the feeding roller; under the drive of a servo motor, a good linkage effect is achieved, and thus it is applicable to continuous soil block feeding, scattering, filtering, and discharging operations; the several distributed crushing and cleaning rods improve soil block contact and scattering efficiency.
