Abstract:
Provided are a continuous gas-liquid reaction device (100) and a continuous gas-liquid reaction system including same. The continuous gas-liquid reaction device (100) comprises: a main reactor, a stirring device and an oscillation source (170), wherein the stirring device is disposed inside the main reactor and extends in the lengthwise direction of the main reactor; and the oscillation source (170) is used for controlling the oscillation frequency of the main reactor. The continuous gas-liquid reaction device (100) is provided with both the stirring device and the oscillation source (170), and under the simultaneous action of the two, axial and radial complex vortexes are formed in the main reactor, and the vortexes appear or disappear continuously as oscillation is performed. Therefore, the flow pattern in the main reactor is more complex, thus enhancing the liquid-liquid mass transfer, and therefore, the reaction is more complete, and the heat transfer effect of the main reactor is also improved. Due to the existence of the oscillation source (170), the risk of bonding blockages occurring during the reaction process can be effectively inhibited by violently and repeatedly scouring a system between a wall of the reactor and the stirring device.
