Abstract:
Disclosed is a continuous kneading and crushing apparatus, comprising a conveying mechanism (1) and a kneading and crushing mechanism (2) located above the conveying mechanism; the kneading and crushing mechanism comprises a first crushing roller (21) and a second crushing roller (22), the first crushing roller and the second crushing roller being arranged in an interleaved manner along a conveying direction of the conveying mechanism. In a practical implementation process, the conveying mechanism conveys a mixed material of sludge cake, improving material and moisture-adjusting material into the kneading and crushing mechanism, the mixed material is kneaded and crushed by means of the first crushing roller and the second crushing roller, and large sludge cake blocks are crushed, so that the sludge cake, the improving material and the moisture-adjusting material form a small aggregate having uniform size after thorough mixing, so as to achieve homogeneous feeding and metering of sludge; the improving material can effectively reduce the viscosity of the sludge cake, and the moisture-adjusting material can adjust moisture content of the sludge cake, thereby improving production efficiency.
