Abstract:
Disclosed is a continuous machining method and production line equipment for a reinforced floorboard, comprising the steps of: precutting, compression and adhesion, separation and cutting, curing, milling grooves and waterproof sealing of edges. The continuous machining method comprises: precutting precut grooves(8, 111, 112) in a surface of a floor substrate (1) for the purpose of releasing the inner stress originally existing in the substrate (1); adding a heat, air, and water discharge channel to the substrate (1) during the compression and adhesion, so as to reduce the further increase of the inner stress of a pallet board(3) during the compression and adhesion process; reducing the amount of deformation to a pallet strip (4) after separation and cutting and, using an added temperature-regulated and humidity-regulated sealed curing device in the production line, accelerating the termination of deformation of the pallet strip (4). The curing time is shortened to make curing in the production line possible, thereby forming a linked reinforced production line.
