Abstract:
The present invention discloses a continuous nanometer TiO2 surface treatment method, comprising the processes of freeze drying, silicon or aluminum coating, organosilane or long-chain fatty acid modification, etc. According to the present invention, an inorganic surface treatment and an organic surface treatment of the nanometer TiO2 are organically combined. The method has the features of a short technical process, continuous and convenient operation, and is easily controlled; and is suitable for industrial production. Meanwhile, a prepared nanometer TiO2 powder not only has very good hydrophobicity, but also has excellent photostability, and the application fields of a product are further expanded.
