Title:
CONTINUOUS POLYESTER FIBER TEXTILE FABRIC CAPABLE OF BEING TORN INTO SHEETS, AND PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/179407
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a continuous polyester fiber textile fabric capable of being torn into sheets, a processing device, and a processing method. By means of an ultrasonic hot melting technology, high temperature is generated instantaneously at high frequency under the action of a metal cutter die and an ultrasonic welding head to melt silk threads of a loop layer and a base layer of a polyester fiber textile together so as to form a tearable thin line melt, thereby achieving the effects of melting but not breaking and breaking by tearing while the toughness of the base layer is ensured. The ultrasonic welding head or the metal cutter die does not need to be preheated during preparation. When the cutter die and the ultrasonic welding head are close to each other, resonance and heat are generated, and when the cutter die and the ultrasonic welding head leave each other, the resonance disappears and the heat decreases, thereby implementing formation and temperature control of a linear high-temperature zone. Therefore, continuous operations can be implemented, the temperature of a cutter bit at each time is basically consistent, and the consistency of each thin line melt is ensured.
