Abstract:
The present application discloses a continuous slurry making apparatus, comprising: a screw extrusion device comprising a cylinder and a screw extrusion element provided in the cylinder; and a dispersing device comprising a dispersing cylinder connected to the side of a discharging end of the cylinder, a driving member mounted on the dispersing cylinder, and a dispersing rotor driven by the driving member to rotate in the dispersing cylinder so as to perform shear dispersion on a slurry. The discharging end of the screw extrusion device is directly connected to the independently driven dispersing device; the slurry treated by the screw extrusion device enters the dispersing cylinder; the driving member of the dispersing device independently drives the dispersing rotor to rotate; during the rotation of the dispersing rotor, shear dispersion is performed on the slurry in the dispersing cylinder; and the slurry having undergone the shear dispersion flows outwards through a discharging port. By means of the apparatus, different dispersing devices can be configured according to the dispersing requirements for different slurries, and the rotating speed of the dispersing rotor is controlled in a targeted manner, so that the dispersing effect and the dispersing rate of the slurry are improved, and continuous production of the slurry is achieved.
