Abstract:
A continuous smelting reduction ironmaking method, comprising the following steps: (1) mix iron-containing mineral powder, a reducing agent, and a slagging constituent to obtain mixed powder, and place the mixed powder in a continuous feeding system; (2) place furnace starting material in a reduction furnace (2-1), and heat the furnace starting material to a molten state to form a furnace starting molten pool; (3) lower a stirring paddle into the furnace starting molten pool and start stirring; convey the mixed powder to the reduction furnace (2-1), and blow oxygen-enriched fuel to the reduction furnace (2-1) for heating; (4) perform stirring to enable molten iron and reduction slag to form a slag layer (2-4) and a molten iron layer (2-3); the molten iron enters a cushion tank (3-2); adjust the stirring paddle to the slag layer (2-4) by means of a lifting device, and perform stirring to enable the slag layer (2-4) to form vortexes; and (5) adjust a stirring speed and a conveying amount of the mixed powder, so that the molten iron is continuously and stably discharged; and adjust the position of the stirring paddle, the stirring speed, and the conveying amount of the mixed powder, so that the molten iron and the reduction slag are respectively continuously discharged. The method is simple in process, low in investment, energy-saving, environment-friendly, and low in cost, has higher economic value, and is an efficient non-blast furnace ironmaking technology.
