Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device capable of changing, in a continuous value, the opening degree of a valve to be used in an internal combustion engine. Disclosed is a method by which the continuous variable valve lift device according to the present invention controls the opening degree of a valve by turning a rock arm shaft with a ring gear included in a rocker arm, a planetary gear engaging with the ring gear, and a sun gear provided at the rocker arm shaft that engages with the planetary gear. The continuous variable valve lift device according to the present invention contributes to performance, fuel saving, environmental pollutant emission reduction and the like of a vehicle.
