Abstract:
A continuous welded rail steel rail welding repair car, comprising a main frame (2), which is provided with a driver's cab (3). Two ends of the main frame (2) comprise car couplers (1); a running gear (4), an air compressor (12), a water tank (13), a hydraulic pump station (14), a toolbox, and a hydraulic leg (22) are sequentially provided at the lower portion of the main frame (2); a workshop (25) covering the upper portion of the main frame (2) is provided behind the driver's cab (3); the main frame (2) is equipped with a new steel rail (10); a power pack (5), a diesel tank (6), an end face processor (8), a rail saw (9), an air supply room I (11), an air supply room II (15), a small machine (16), a welding head refiner (17), a steel rail adjustment apparatus (18), and a rail welding machine (21) from the front side to the rear side in sequence. The continuous welded rail steel rail welding repair car is able to realize operations such as removing a seriously damaged steel rail by sawing, processing an end face of a new rail, and refining the shape of a welding head, is further equipped with a rail welding machine and a steel rail adjustment apparatus, and can link a new rail and an existing rail.
