Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to settle a sales contract in consideration of an environmental indicator. The present invention pertains to a contract settlement device that provides assistance for a sales contract of an article between a supplier that produces and sells the article and a buyer who purchases the article, the device having memory that houses a software program, and a processor that executes the software program. The processor executes the software program so as to realize: a user management unit that acquires, ahead of time from the supplier, a desired reception condition which is a condition desired by the supplier in relation to the product order and pertains to a plurality of condition items that include an environmental indicator condition that is an environmental indicator pertaining to the influence on the environment by providing the article; and a contract adjustment unit that receives, from the buyer, a desired order condition which is a condition desired by the buyer in relation to the product order and is a condition pertaining to a plurality of condition items, and that identifies, as the party with whom the buyer will make a contract, a supplier where the desired reception condition satisfies the desired order condition.
