Abstract:
The present invention relates to a contrast agent composition which is for an optical image and used for the early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, and a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to a contrast agent composition which is for diagnosing arthritis, and includes: gold nanoparticles; and a polyethylene glycol (PEG) coating layer formed so as to surround the surface of the gold nanoparticles. The contrast agent composition further includes a plurality of protein G's located on the gold nanoparticles and antibodies binding to the protein G's, or further includes peptides represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and binding to the polyethylene glycol coating layer.
