Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control amplification circuit, a sense amplifier and a semiconductor memory. The control amplification circuit comprises: a power supply output circuit used for receiving a power supply switching signal and for selecting a preset voltage value from at least two preset voltage values according to the power supply switching signal and outputting said preset voltage value as a preset power supply signal; an isolation control circuit used for receiving a control instruction signal and the preset power supply signal and for generating an isolation control signal according to the control instruction signal; and an amplification circuit used for receiving the isolation control signal and a signal to be processed and for amplifying said signal on the basis of the isolation control signal so as to obtain a target amplification signal.
