Abstract:
The measurement accuracy of a distance, measured by a TOF sensor, of an object possibly fluctuates. Provided is a control apparatus. The control apparatus can comprise a light-emitting element repeatedly transmitting pulsed light and a light-receiving element repeatedly receiving, from an object, light including reflected light of the pulsed light, and controls a distance measurement apparatus to measure a distance to the object on the basis of the amount of the reflected light repeatedly received by the light-receiving element within a preset light receiving time period. The control apparatus can comprise a circuit configured to: acquire image information of an image photographed by a photography apparatus executing focusing control on the basis of a distance measured by a distance measurement apparatus, and determine a duration of a light receiving time period on the basis of the image information.
