Abstract:
A controller (10) acquires a candidate for the content of countermeasure control for a communication event, transmits the acquired candidate for the content of countermeasure control to a maintenance person's terminal (20a), and receives from the maintenance person's terminal (20a) an instruction of the contents of countermeasure control to be executed from the candidate of the contents of countermeasure control. The controller (10) determines a scenario corresponding to the received contents of countermeasure control, and performs settings for a communication device on the basis of the determined scenario.
