Abstract:
According to the present invention, a control cable assembly (1) for a vehicle is provided with a control cable (2) that transmits operating force between a drive unit (P1) and a driven unit (P2), and is characterized by being provided, at a control cable (2) middle part that is between a drive unit (P1) side and a driven unit (P2) side, with a clamp member (3) and/or a grommet (4) that is attached to a vehicle body (B), at least one of the clamp member (3) and the grommet (4) being provided with an elastic material that has a low dynamic-to-static modulus. As a result, the control cable assembly (1) can effectively suppress transmission of vibration even at a location that is separated from a vibration source.
