Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electric tool comprising a light-emitting display unit, that is configured so as to be capable of displaying light corresponding to a light-emitting format for a selected dataset, on a light-emitting display unit, without using an external device. [Solution] An electric screwdriver 1 comprising an electric screwdriver main body 10 and a control device 12. The control device 12 comprises: a memory 36 storing a plurality of datasets for setting the control conditions for the electric screwdriver 1; and a parameter setting unit 56 that reads a selected dataset from the memory 36 and sends a plurality of settings data included therein to the electric screwdriver main body 10. A central control unit 50 in the electric screwdriver main body 10 sets the received settings data as the control parameters for the electric screwdriver 1. The plurality of settings data includes light-emission settings data for setting the light-emitting format for a light-emitting display unit 18 in the electric screwdriver main body 10. The light-emission settings data can be arbitrarily changed by operating a settings change operation unit 26 in the control device 12.
