Abstract:
A control circuit for a fully-differential capacitive feedback amplifier, and a control method. The control circuit comprises: an impedance-controllable pseudo resistor, which comprises a plurality of MOS transistors (M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, M10, M11, M12), wherein gate electrodes of the MOS transistors (M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, M10, M11, M12) are connected to each other, and are connected to a source follower (M2) and a current source bias circuit, so as to control the pseudo impedance for charging; one end of the source follower (M2) is respectively connected to an output of the current source bias circuit and a gate electrode of the impedance-controllable pseudo resistor, a gate electrode of the source follower (M2) is connected to a reference potential (REF), and the other end of the source follower (M2) is connected to a gate control circuit (M1), so as to control the gate electrode of the impedance-controllable pseudo resistor, such that the impedance-controllable pseudo resistor enters a weak inversion region; and a source electrode or a drain electrode of the impedance-controllable pseudo resistor is connected to a capacitance coupled amplifier. The control circuit for a fully-differential capacitive feedback amplifier and the control method can achieve the technical effects of shortening the input steady-state time of a low-noise feedback-resistor-free fully-differential capacitive feedback amplifier and shortening the overall startup time.
