Abstract:
A control circuit, an integration method for an acoustic wave filter, and an integration structure. The method comprises: providing a substrate, a control circuit being formed at the substrate; forming a first cavity (402) and a second cavity (412) on the substrate; providing a SAW resonant patch and a BAW resonant structure, a first input electrode and a first output electrode being disposed on a surface of the SAW resonant patch, a second input electrode and a second output electrode being disposed on a surface of the BAW resonant structure, and the BAW resonant structure comprising a third cavity (307); orientating the surface of the SAW resonant patch toward the substrate, such that the SAW resonant patch is bonded to the substrate and closes the first cavity (402); orientating the surface of the BAW resonant structure toward the substrate, such that the BAW resonant structure is bonded to the substrate and closes the second cavity (412); and electrically connecting the control circuit to the first input electrode, the first output electrode, the second input electrode, and the second output electrode. The above structure prevents problems seen in the prior art, such as complex electrical connection processes, excessive insertion loss, and the like, which are caused by integrating SAW filters and BAW filters into PCBs as separate components, and achieves a high level of integration and reduces process costs.
