Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology whereby it is possible for a user who uses a beautification device to sustain appropriate use even without having expert knowledge or without being accustomed to the device. A first registration means 31 registers, in a database, skin state indicating the state of a user's skin. A second registration means 32 registers, in the database, usage experience data indicating the user's experience in using a beautification device 10. On the basis of the skin state data and the usage experience data registered in the database, an identification means 33 identifies a beautification device usage manner to be recommended to the user. An output means 34 outputs information relating to the usage manner having been identified by the identification means 33.
