Abstract:
Provided is a control device for an elevator, the control device being capable of making the lifespans of a plurality of modules of an electric power converter uniform. A control device for an elevator includes a voltage measuring unit that measures voltage applied to a plurality of modules connected in parallel, in an electric power converter that supplies electric power to an electric motor 1 for an elevator hoist; and a control unit that controls an amount of electric current flowing to the plurality of modules, on the basis of the voltage measured by the voltage measuring unit. According to this control device, the lifespans of a plurality of modules of the electric power converter can be made uniform.
