Abstract:

In the present invention, a user's health is estimated on the basis of the user's daily activities. A server 20 includes: a control unit 25 that acquires, from an acceleration sensor 13 that is provided to a gripping member 11 which is a member to be gripped by the user, first measurement values which were measured by the acceleration sensor 13 and which are related to the shaking of the user's hand; and an estimation unit 22 that estimates the user's health on the basis of the first measurement values.
