Abstract:
Provided is a control device for an internal combustion engine, which accurately learns variations in internal combustion engine output torque from operating states, and controls the output torque to approach a target torque. A control device (50) for an internal combustion engine calculates an estimated torque (τest) on the basis of an angular acceleration rate (αd), and learns the deviation between the estimated torque (τest) and a reference value (τestref) of the estimated torque as a torque error learning value (Δτlrn). Using throttle torque characteristic data, on the basis of a target torque (τref), a current rotation speed (Ne), and the torque error learning value (Δτlrn), the control device (50) calculates a target throttle opening (θthref) such that the output torque approaches the target torque (τref) with the torque error learning value (Δτlrn) taken into account, and on the basis of the target throttle opening (θthref), the control device (50) controls a throttle opening (θth).
