Abstract:
Provided is a control device for a refuse incineration power generation plant, which performs control corresponding to grid power frequency adjustment operation. This control device for a refuse incineration power generation plant in which steam generated by a refuse incineration facility is supplied to a power generating facility, and the power generating facility uses the steam to generate electricity, is provided with a steam governing valve control unit for controlling a steam governing valve provided in a line supplying the steam from the refuse incineration facility to the power generating facility, wherein the steam governing valve control unit controls the degree of opening of the steam governing valve on the basis of a difference between a measured value of the frequency of electric power generated by the power generating facility, and a reference value prescribed for the frequency, and a value obtained by removing a prescribed low frequency component from a difference between a measured value of the pressure of the steam and a reference value prescribed for the pressure.
