Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable the load for changing allocations in a virtual network to be reduced and enable virtual servers of which optimization calculation times are reduced and electricity charges are cheap to be allocated. Thus, this network control device 100, which allocates a virtual network for providing a network service onto a physical network, comprises: an acquisition unit 102 which acquires information pertaining to the physical network; a reallocation candidate narrowing-down unit 103 which performs, on the basis of a change amount of a unit electricity charge for each node that constructs the physical network, narrowing down to prescribed virtual servers, which are reallocation candidates, among virtual servers that are respectively allocated to nodes; and an allocation unit 106 which allocates, onto the physical network on the basis of the information pertaining to the physical network acquired by the acquisition unit 102, the virtual network including a specific server among the prescribed virtual servers that are narrowed down by the reallocation candidate range narrowing-down unit 103.
