Abstract:
Provided is a control device for achieving an efficient network control using a machine learning. The control device comprises a learning unit and a storing unit. The learning unit learns actions for controlling the network. The storing unit stores leaning information generated by the learning unit. The learning unit acts on the network. The learning unit defines compensations for actions performed on the network on the basis of stationarities of the network after the actions performed and learns the actions for controlling the network. The learning unit may give a positive compensation for an action performed on the network if the network after the action performed is in a stationary state, and may give a negative compensation for an action performed on the network if the network after the action performed is in a non-stationary state.
