Abstract:
Provided is a control device for a mobile work device that is used in a mounting system equipped with a mounting-related device that executes a mounting-related process related to component mounting and moves in a predetermined direction, wherein: the mobile work device includes a rolling member which rolls while meshing with a guide portion extending in a predetermined direction according to the movement of the moving work device in the predetermined direction, and a rotation position sensor which detects the rotation position of the rolling member; and the control device includes a processing unit which calculates the angular acceleration of the rolling member on the basis of a signal from the rotation position sensor, and determines that an abnormal meshing between the guide unit and the rolling member has occurred, when the angular acceleration of the rolling member exceeds a threshold.
