Abstract:
In the present invention, a control device that controls output power, which is the power outputted to an electric power system by a power supply device, comprises an output control unit that operates the power supply device in one of three modes: (i) a first mode in which the magnitude of the power output is increased such that the absolute value of the rate of fluctuation indicating the ratio of the amount of fluctuation per unit of time of the power output to the rated output of the power supply device does not exceed a first threshold or is less than the first threshold; (ii) a second mode in which the magnitude of the power output is reduced such that the absolute value of the rate of fluctuation does not exceed a second threshold or is less than the second threshold; and (iii) a third mode in which the magnitude of the power output is preserved such that the absolute value of the rate of fluctuation does not exceed a third threshold or is less than the third threshold.
