Abstract:
This control device (10) for processing a workpiece (107) in accordance with a processing program by controlling a processing machine (100) while changing a control value thereof by means of an override value is provided with: a first setting unit (3) for changing the override value up to an upper-limit value (OR-OL) of the override value (OR) in accordance with a processing load value; a second setting unit (6) for setting a temporary upper-limit value (K-OR-OL) as the upper-limit value (OR-OL) such that a maximum load value (KF) of the processing load value (NP) matches a target load value (TP) at each of processing positions (Q1-Q3) on the workpiece (107); and a determination unit (2) for changing the override value (OR) to an initial override value (F-OR) when the processing load value (NP) has exceeded a processing threshold value (PT).
