Abstract:
Provided is a control device for controlling an aircraft having a battery and an antenna for employing the electric power of the battery to form a communication area on the ground, and for providing a radio communication service to user terminals in the communication area, wherein the control device is provided with a control unit which, if a pre-determined condition is satisfied while the aircraft has formed the communication area, which includes a plurality of cells, and is providing the radio communication service to the user terminals, performs control to reduce the number of cells included in the communication area.
