Abstract:
A difference device (23) determines a target deviation current value e0, which is the difference between a current control amount y0 and a target value r. A terminal response correction unit (11) uses this target deviation current value e0, a preset plant response model, and time series data {du(t)}t for past operation change amounts up to the current time to calculate a corrected target deviation e*. An operation change amount calculation unit (12) calculates the next operation change amount du on the basis of the corrected target deviation e*. An adder (13) adds the operation change amount du to the current operation amount u0, thereby generating the next operation amount u (a revised operation amount us).
