Abstract:
In the present invention, a non-real time control unit (non-RT RIC) and a near-real time control unit (near-RT RIC) are tiered. Disposed in the near-real time control unit is a learning and inference unit (11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18) that controls a radio access network on the basis of the result of inference performed by applying the most recent data to a learning model which has been generated on the basis of data collected from an O-RAN base station device 10. Also disposed in the near-real time control unit is part (19, 20) of the re-learning unit that, on the basis of the history of the data collected, detects whether or not concept drift has occurred and, when the occurrence of concept drift has been detected, re-trains the learning and inference unit with the learning model. The other members (14, 15) are disposed in the non-real time control unit.
