Abstract:
An operation control unit of a control device of this refrigeration cycle device replaces a compressor OFF value with a value less than a preset outside air temperature lower limit if, after an evaporation temperature has reached an evaporation temperature target value, an outside air temperature satisfies an ultra-low outside air condition lower than a low outside air condition and is lower than a low-temperature control environment threshold. The low-temperature control environment threshold is a value that is lower than the evaporation temperature target value and lower than an ultra-low outside air condition threshold, which is a determination threshold for the ultra-low outside air condition. The operation control unit continues the operation of the compressor if, after the compressor OFF value has been replaced, the evaporation temperature is higher than the compressor OFF value after replacement. The operation control unit stops the operation of the compressor if, after the compressor OFF value has been replaced, the evaporation temperature is equal to or less than the compressor OFF value after replacement. The operation control unit resumes the operation of the compressor if, after the operation of the compressor has been stopped, both a first condition that "evaporation temperature > compressor OFF value after replacement" and a second condition that "a set period of time, set in advance, has elapsed after the operation of the compressor was stopped" are satisfied, or the evaporation temperature is higher than the compressor OFF value after replacement and is at least equal to a first threshold, which is a temperature lower than the ultra-low outside air condition threshold.
