Abstract:
This control device for a robot having a three-dimensional sensor has an operation control means for controlling the robot so as to move a measurement range of the three-dimensional sensor with respect to a search area, and a map acquisition means for updating map information that indicates a search condition of each point in the search area on the basis of a measurement result from the three-dimensional sensor, the operation control means executing first search processing for causing the measurement range of the three-dimensional sensor to move so as to update map information of a local range in the search area, and second search processing for causing the measurement range of the three-dimensional sensor to move to a position separated from the local range in order to update the map information of a different range than the local range for which updating was performed in the first search processing.
