Abstract:
A control device 3 is provided with a composite signal generating unit 31 for generating an input composite signal having a plurality of frequency components and supplying the input composite signal to a BLT 52, a sensing unit 32 for detecting an output composite signal in which the input composite signal is changed by the frequency response of the BLT 52 and outputting a detection signal corresponding to the output composite signal, a frequency separation unit 34 for separating the detection signal into a plurality of frequency components, and a frequency specifying unit 34 for specifying a resonance frequency of the BLT 52 on the basis of the separated plurality of frequency components.
