Abstract:
This control device (4) detects, in a refrigerant cycle device (2, 102) that has a plurality of evaporators (24A, 24B, 24C, 24D), a frost state or a pre-frost state in the evaporators. The control device controls the temperature of a predetermined representative evaporator among the plurality of evaporators such that a frost assessment temperature (FT), which is the temperature of the representative evaporator or a temperature related to the temperature of the representative evaporator, is less than the temperature of the evaporators other than the representative evaporator (step S30). When the frost assessment temperature is equal to or less than a frost threshold temperature while the representative evaporator is controlled so as to have the lowest temperature among the plurality of evaporators, the control device determines that the plurality of evaporators are in a frost state or a pre-frost state (step S40, step S41). This makes it possible to reduce the number of temperature detection devices used to detect frost in the plurality of evaporators.
