Abstract:

This control device comprises a control unit which determines a parameter that affects an engagement speed of a lock-up clutch on the basis of the oil temperature of a transmission and the water temperature of an engine. The control unit determines a first correction value for correcting the parameter such that the engagement speed becomes lower as the oil temperature becomes lower, determines a second correction value for correcting the parameter such that the engagement speed becomes lower as the water temperature becomes lower, and determines a parameter on the basis of the first correction value and the second correction value.
