Abstract:
Provided is a control device or a power storage device facilitating the effective rise in temperature of a vehicular power storage unit, while suppressing an increase in size of the constitution. The control device (5) comprises: a holding unit (40) for holding a power storage portion (3); a base board portion (7) having one base board surface (7A) disposed on the power storage portion (3) side; a charging circuit unit (10) performing a charging operation causing a charging current to flow into the power storage portion (3); and a resistance portion (14) (heat-generating component)which is mounted on the one base board surface (7A) of the base board portion (7) while being disposed between the base board portion (7) and the power storage portion (3), and through which a current flows in response to a circuit portion (9) performing a predetermined charging operation, and releasing heat toward at least the power storage portion (3).
