Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a control device for vibratory transport devices, capable of continuously controlling the drive of the vibratory transport device in an optimal state without stopping the operation of the vibratory transport device. [Solution] A control device 1 for vibratory transport devices controls the drive of a vibratory transport device 100 that transports an object M to be transported. The control device 1 for vibratory transport devices comprises: an operational state data acquisition unit 11 that acquires the operational state data of the vibratory transport device 100; a surrounding environment data acquisition unit 12 that acquires the surrounding environment data of the vibratory transport device 100; a data storage unit 13 that stores the operational state data and the surrounding environment data; a data comparison unit 14 that compares the data stored in the data storage unit 13 with the operational state data acquired by the operational state data acquisition unit 11 and the surrounding environment data acquired by the surrounding environment data acquisition unit 12; and a control signal generation unit 15 that generates control signals for driving the vibratory transport device 100 according to the comparison results of the data comparison unit 14.
