Abstract:
Provided is a control device capable of carrying out power control of a storage battery so as not to advance the deterioration of the storage battery. A control unit 100 of a rectifier 10 is equivalent to a control device for controlling a storage battery 13 which supplies power to a load. The control unit 100 comprises: a power value acquisition unit 102 for acquiring from a smart meter 20 momentary power value information that indicates the power consumed by a communication device 14; and a discharge execution unit 107 and a charge execution unit 108 which each perform, on the basis of the momentary power value information, power control of the storage battery 13 continually for a prescribed time so as to control the average power usage of commercial power supply.
