CONTROL METHOD FOR AIR CONDITIONING AND FLOOR HEATING INTEGRATED MACHINE ASSEMBLY

Abstract:
A control method for an air conditioning and floor heating integrated machine assembly, comprising a refrigerant circulation loop formed by a compressor (1), an oil separator (2), a four-way valve (3), an indoor unit heat exchanger (9), an outdoor unit heat exchanger (4), an outdoor unit electronic expansion valve (5) and a gas-liquid separator (6); two ends of the indoor unit heat exchanger (9) being connected in parallel to a refrigerant pipeline port of a water-side heat exchanger (13), and a water path of the water-side heat exchanger (13) being communicated via a water pump (14) to a floor heating pipeline (16); two refrigerant ports of the water-side heat exchanger (13) respectively having disposed thereon a first solenoid valve (11) and a second solenoid valve (12); a gas pipe side of the indoor unit heat exchanger (9) being provided with a third solenoid valve (7); a first temperature probe (8) being installed at a side of an indoor unit; and a second temperature probe (15) being installed at a rear side of the water pump; the control method comprising: 1) a machine assembly turning-on, the first solenoid valve (11) and second solenoid valve (12) closing, the third solenoid valve (7) opening, and the machine assembly running an independent air conditioning mode; 2) using the first temperature probe (8) for detecting a real-time indoor temperature Tn, and comparing same to a set indoor temperature T1; when Tn+3℃≥T1, opening the first solenoid valve (11) and second solenoid valve (12), keeping the third solenoid valve (7) open, and the machine assembly entering an air conditioning and floor heating mixed operation state; 3) using the second temperature probe (15) for detecting a post-water-pump water temperature Ts, and comparing same to a set temperature T1; when Ts+5℃≥T1, keeping the first solenoid valve (11) and second solenoid valve (12) open, closing the third solenoid valve (7), and the machine assembly entering an independent floor heating operation state; 4) the machine assembly turning off, and returning to step 1. The method achieves sequential automatic switching between air conditioning and floor heating, greatly enhancing the utilizational efficiency of a machine assembly and improving user experience.
