Abstract:
A control method and control apparatus for an air conditioner, and the air conditioner. The control method comprises: acquiring detection information of a wearable device; according to the detection information, determining the health condition of a target user associated with the wearable device; according to the health condition, determining a target operation mode of an air conditioner; and controlling the air conditioner to operate in the target operation mode, wherein the detection information comprises physiological parameters of the target user. In the method, by means of linkage between the air conditioner and the wearable device, an operation mode of the air conditioner can successfully meet the requirements of a user without the need for the user to manually set target parameters, thereby achieving the effect of automatically controlling the operation of the air conditioner on the basis of the health condition of the target user, and improving the use convenience for and comfort of the user.
