Provided in the present invention are a control method and control apparatus for an electric motor driving circuit, and an air conditioner and a storage medium. The electric motor driving circuit is used for driving an electric motor (100) with a three-phase winding, wherein one end of the three-phase winding is connected to an output end of a first IPM module (200), and the other end of the three-phase winding is connected to a common end of a switching module (400). A first end of the switching module (400) is connected to an output end of a second IPM module (300), a second end of the switching module (400) is connected to the output end of the first IPM module (200), the switching module (400) is used for communicating a first end or communicating a second end, and a first relay (S1) is provided on a bus (500) between the first IPM module (200) and the second IPM module (300). The control method comprises: controlling the working states of a switching module and a first relay, such that an electric motor is switched to different target connection states, wherein the target connection states comprise a star connection state, a triangular connection state and an open-winding connection state (S110).
